Weblog created and project moved to github

In order to have feedback and a better way to promote changes on the framework and the docs, today I created a weblog for BARACUS.

This blog is going to be the future place for tutorial stuff and BARACUS related news :)

I still have no idea for a brand logo for baracus...

Also, to underscore the open source thought of this framework, today I moved the BARACUS to  Github
